In good pre owned vintage condition. A little patina which makes it look more interesting I think. It is so unusual with the moveable wings. One wing is a little loose but still securely in place and moves in and out just as the other one does. This unique piece is a great addition to any collection of interesting little things. Would also work great on your vanity to hold rings or small earings
