This sale is for a Vintage Buffalo Black Axe Hand Forged Axe Head - Buffalo Wholesale Hdw. Co. Buffalo, NY. Item is AS IS/AS FOUND!! I am not an expert on item!! It is in fair used condition. Has dirt, spotty rust, coating loss, spotty pitting, and scratches. Head is approx. 6 1/4\" long with 3 3/4\" cutting edge and 2 5/8\" x 7/8\" flat end. Both ends edges have some chipping to them. No cracks that I could see. Embossed markings have some spotty wear to them. Handle mounting hole is approx. 2\" x 11/16\" at widest point. Weight on scale is approx. 2 lbs 4oz. Please view all pictures for condition. I do not know how well this would clean up. This was acquired from a local estate and is AS FOUND/AS IS. Has not been cleaned! This is AS IS!!
