This is a vintage 14k yellow gold cigarette holder.The brand is Dunhill, a well-known name in the world of luxury smoking accessories. This cigarette holder is a collectible item and falls under the category of Tobacciana.

This cigarette holder l used in a photograph here in the hand of my favorite model. I have carted it around all these years without losing it. There are 2 other listings for the same style here on and l suggest you look at them. The mark, 14k, can still be seen on the holder but l do not have that kind of magnetization to show you. It was looked and confirmed by another collector. I never used it and the model only held it in her hand. It has only been on display.

It was given to me when l was 12 years old (not smoking then) by my best friends mother who was the most elegant woman. She seldom went

out but was always wearing beautiful long gowns in the house with hair coiffed and full makeup with red lipstick on. She was very beautiful. I remember her as if it were yesterday she impressed me so much. She would walk around with a cigarette lit in the holder in one hand and martini in the other. Why she gave it to l me, especially at my age l never knew but l cherished it and it was always on display in picture no. 2. It is in good used condition. Some minor wear as it was used. I haven’t cleaned it. I leave that up to the buyer.
