This exquisite vintage Fenton candy dish features a stunning amethyst carnival glass with a beautiful iridescent finish. The piece sits on a pedestal foot which adds an elegant touch to its mid-century modern style. This bowl is perfect for serving candies, nuts, or any other small treats at your next gathering. With its post-1940 age, this piece is guaranteed to be an original Fenton creation from the United States. The color is a vibrant purple that will make a bold statement in any collection. This originally had a dome cover with it. We used it as an open candy dish. Still very usable as it is and absolutely beautiful!! There is also a beautiful faisey pattern on each of the 9 panels surrounding the dish body and its pedistal foot. The dish is also stamped with Fenton on the bottom.
