I do not issue returns unless the situation calls for it. I take pictures of packing before it is sent out to ensure proof of proper packing.

Freight shipping will be up to the buyer but I will be glad to assist you in finding a safe, trustworthy method of shipment for your item. All items available for local pickup. I generally use Plycon Group for larger items as they have been an expensive but excellent method of shipping. Feel free to use your own method. I have a Greyhound terminal at my zip code 14620 and will be happy to use them to ship items.
