Great rare find!

This belonged to my Italian grandparents. Has been in storage for many years. Has some slight yellowing in color due to its age and storage. Still a really sweet piece for any collection or to stand alone. No chips or cracks noted. Just some fading in the red paint on sled.

Snowbabies were first released in 1986 by Department 56, a collectibles company headquartered in Minnesota.

Snow Babies are small figurines made from slipcast porcelain depicting a child dressed in a one-piece snowsuit. The hardened porcelain is coated with slip containing grog to imitate the texture of snow, which then was fired and painted.
