Vintage German Schussenrieder .2L Beer Glass - circa 1980 - Sanahed #1804 The Schussrieder Brauerei Ott GmbH & Co.KG is a brewery in Bad Schussenried in Upper Swabia ( Baden-Württemberg ). The brewing tradition in Schussenried goes back to the monastery brewery of the Premonstratensian monastery in Schussenried, founded in 1183 . After secularization in 1803 and several changes of ownership, master brewer Josef Ott took over what was then the “Kronenbrauerei” in 1906. The family brewery is now run by Michael Ott in the fourth generation. Since it was founded, the company has developed from a small in-house brewery to an adventure brewery. With the opening of Germany\'s first beer mug museum and the \"Bierkrugstadel\", the brewery has developed in the direction of tourism and event gastronomy . This Glass is circa 1980.
