PLEASE REVIEW The PHOTOS:

The blades have a darker complexion but it's not from rust. There is some buildup on some of the tools but they all function well. The slip joints appear to be working well.

The handle is metal all the way through but the metal has what appears to be electricians tape on it...but I'm not well-versed enough to know if that was standard or modified.
