Estate sale find. Comes as shown. The pendulum swings back and forth when the clock is wound, but the chiming mechanism starts to engage on the half and full hour but doesn't complete. More than likely, the clock needs to be cleaned/oiled or the escapement needs to be cleaned/adjusted. I don't know enough about mechanical clocks to proceed further. Otherwise sold AS-IS.
