This is a vintage Lefton China porcelain bisque figurine made in Japan. The figurine is an elderly couple sitting on a bench enjoying each other’s company. The woman is peeling apples while the man smokes a pipe and reads a book. Under the figurine is stamped the number 8155. The Lefton sticker on the bottom gives the evidence that this was made post-WW2 between 1946-1953, also making it quite collectible. There are no chips or cracks.
