Thisis a really nice Vintage Large Glass Cookie Jar Canister With TeakWood Lid Ball Knob. A sizable glass canister with a thick, chunkyTeak wood lid made by Dolphin in the mid to late 1970s. It is quitelarge, I believe it holds about a gallon. Marked Genuine TeakThailand on the bottom of the lid.

It\'sa cookie jar, in reality, but it\'s just as practical and versatilefor storing dry pantry or kitchen staples, assorted treats, ordisplaying a collection of soaps, utensils, or ephemera in a powderor laundry room. Would be great to use in a store display.

Condition:Theglass canister and Teak wood lid are intact and in overall goodvintage condition. There are no chips, cracks, scratches, or signs ofrepair. The wood lid lacks a rubber or plastic stopper to prevent airfrom seeping in and there are a couple of minor scuffs in the wood(see photos). Any wear is commensurate with its age.
