This is a beautiful Mint condition Velco, sweet Valentine girl planter! She has no chips, cracks, crazing, repairs, missing or flaking paint! She has some very tiny black marks which I believe happened during manufacturing because they seem to be under the glaze. You can see them in the last picture with my thumb. Very tiny. There are also a few other tinier ones on the other side. Very insignificant. If you need more photos just ask! I only ship within the US. I do not ship to PO boxes!
