Vintage NASA Space Shuttle Desk Wood Model on Stand:

Real nice wood desk model of NASA’s iconic Space Shuttle on a stand. It has an “Inspected By” sticker but no makers marks. This is a generic model (no shuttle name) and other than scratches to the black underside by the mounting holes is in real nice shape (could use a little cleaning). There is one small area of wood loss by the front of the tail (see picture). It measures approximately 11” from the tail to the nose cone and 7” across the wings. Now that the shuttle has been retired and NASA’s working on the next generation of spacecraft nostalgia for the original “reusable” is on the rise.
