Art by Anthony. I was told Anthony\'s art was used in South Dakota and Nebraska papers from 1950s to 1980s. This piece may come from his time in the fourties at the University of Nebraska school paper, but I was unable to confirm by looking online. I think the artist was Vern Anthony. I purchased the artwork from a dealer who had a lot of art from Anthony and Bob Bowie. I was able to verify that Bob Bowie did artwork for Colorado newspapers during this time period. Bowie actually designed the original Denver Broncos helmet logo. Artwork shows its age, corners have bluntingand pinholes. Paper has tanning due to age. See pics for exact condition.
