*Vintage* Royal Albert Fine Bone China \"Highland Thistle\" Set Of 2 Teacup Trios. Each Set Contains A Teacups, Saucer & Plate. Made In England from 1964-1969 - Now discontinued. These simply lovely sets are in very good - hardly used condition. They have no chips, scratches, stains, crazing, colour/pattern wear or fading, wear or removal of gold gilding or show any signs of dishwasher damage. One teacup has the smallest 2cm long hairline crack mark down one side, there is a small mark on the pedestal base of one teacup and one saucer has a very slight amount of wear to hit raised inner rim ( Please See Photos) Any slight imperfection is small, hardly noticeable and in no way detracts fort eh collectability loveliness and vintage charm of this beautiful set.
Each piece is white - and features the highly collectable and stunningly lovely \"Highland\" thistle pattern scattered across each piece. In shades of pink, green and grey. This pattern is also repeated inside the lip of each teacup. The edges, rims, handles and pedestal bases are all gilded with gold. The teacups are in the Royal Albert \"Montrose\" shape are feature angle wing handles. Each piece also has a slightly fluted/scalloped look and feel to them. Th underside base has the Royal Albert stamp.
A truly beautiful set! The perfect addition to any collection!
