An exquisite and intricately detailed painted vase in the style of Royal Vienna.
The Backstamp marks indicate it is not from Austria rather Germany and the maker is not specifically known.
The blue honeycomb is similar but not the original mark ofthe Vienna Porcelain Bindenschild (the shield not a beehive), incorporated in Vienna marks - a symbolic rendition of the center of the Coat-of-Arms of the Royal Habsburg family of Austria. Therefore this just a beautiful antique vase that the maker painted in the style of Royal Vienna porcelain.
Blue Yellow Maroon and Pink Stripes adorned with gold gilt details and neoclassical portrait.
8” height and 3” diameter 2” opening.
Wonderful condition with no chips or cracks -small imperfections may be present common with age and use.
