Offered for your consideration is this classic Sunbeam toaster in very clean cosmetic condition and fine working order. This pushbutton/self lowering was Made in USA. What\'s unique about this Sunbeam is the button to push and then the bread, pop tart, English muffins, frozen items, etc self drop. I\'ve never seen any other vintage Sunbeams with this feature. I found a very low setting was needed for toasting and didn\'t try any other items. It has been cleaned & polished and chrome is very nice showing just a few marks and very fine scratching from previous cleanings with no rust or dents. Reflections in photos are from lighting. Metal end pieces are also very clean showing some minor paint loss.Inside shows some typical & expected toasting residue. There was a repair made on the bottom at one time-see photo. Bread opening is about 5 1/4\" and this is not suitable for modern bagels or wide type breads.
