Vintage Mechanical lighted Santa Claus Tree Topper 14.5”. Head and arms move. Has a silky beard. Has what appears to be a celluloid face. He is wearing a velour red and plaid cloak with a green belt. Old world type apparel. He is carrying wood in one hand and a candle light in the other. He has lights inside. Some wear to styrofoam under the cloak but does not show. See photos. His beard is a little unruly.
