Vintage Sterling silver Malachite compact. High quality compact solid sterling silver with mirror in perfect condition. Hinge and closure work like new, snaps shut tightly almost to the point of being waterproof. I believe this is Malachite stone but there is a chance that it is glass, the only reason I say this is there is what would be considered a "Straw Mark" if it were glass on the right side, so it's either a natural fissure in the stone or a straw mark. Regardless it's nice. 164.9 grams.
