This Vintage Venetian Fancy Beads beaded necklace features seven of these wonderful clear pink glass beads with latticino hand applied glass decorations and on the three largest beads there is a curleyque of avventurina! Yum Yum Yum! Completing the necklace are dusky pink matte glass beads.
Necklace is 22" long making this a choker type necklace. There are 46 Venetian glass beads. Center bead measures 15 x 10 mm, two longer beads are 24 mm long and the 4 rounds are 7 mm each. The dusky pink round beads are 6 mm each. Each bead has a pair of brass filigree bead caps. The beads are hand knotted in between each bead with silk cord.
I see no issues with the glass beads. The bead caps have dulled with age. The necklace fastens together with a silver-tone screw together type clasp. Since these glass beads are made by hand there will be variations in style, size, and decor. Please study the pictures carefullyas they are an integral part of this listing.
