Brass snap closure and brass chain on the cap. No makings on the canteen itself. Markings inside of the case near the snap reads: M. & C. CO. AUG. 1918. A bit dusty and dirty. Case is lined with felt and/or a wool type of material. Lots of wear. Please see the photos for the complete description.
