This vintage machine gun clinometer is a unique piece of militaria from the WWll era. The model 1917 was manufactured by Atwater Kent Mfg. in Philadelphia, PA and was tested for functionality. It has an inspection code INSPR-WL NO-9804 and is an original item, not a reproduction. The clinometer was used during the war and has a theme of militaria. It has a connection to the conflict of WWll (1939-45) and is considered an original period item. The country/region of manufacture and region of origin is the United States. This machine gun clinometer is a rare and historical piece of field gear equipment.
If you look closely you can see the soldier that owned this engraved his initials into it.
Pouch is included but it can\'t be used due to the stitching has worn away due to age.
