Vintage Wheeling Dec Co W. VA, Gold Embossed Trinket, Jewelry, Vanity Dish:

Beautiful vintage trinket, jewelry, vanity dish made by Wheeling Dec Co, West Virginia. It is scalloped (shell) shaped inside, made with porcelain underneath & on the bottom like a normal dish would be. The gold is a warm gold, not brassy. Embossed on the gold are flowers, vines & leaves. It is overall in very good condition for age, but there is a few rough spots on the edge (please see photo). It is the same color as the gold, so it is not very noticable. There are no chips or cracks on the porcelain area. It measures approximately 7 1/2" long & 4 1/2" wide.
