It is an estate find from a retired New Jersey police officers estate. This lighter is in like new condition, it’s super clean was never fired. It sparks flint and stone are perfect. Great Native American Bulls Eye Graphic image with a patriotic red, white and blue police shield. Lighter appears to be a prize reward for qualifier of police revolver league. A rare find especially in such minty condition. Perfect for Zippo collectors, police or gun enthusiasts.
