THIS ITEM IS----great vintage desk lamp, unmarked, but nice and early, wiring needs to be redone as shown in last photo, so untested, spins 90% at the base, middle circle holds tight to raise and lower the lamp, but the top swivel part does not hold, so it only stays pointing down, which of course is where you usually point the lamp. great look, has some paint loss as shown.
