You\'re looking at an antique brass desk lamp in very good working condition and dating to the first half of the 20th century. This is a high-quality piece with no manufacturer\'s markings. The shade is porcelain enamel and the telescopic height is adjusts via the brass knob on the vertical shaft. The base is brass and cast iron. This light possesses a natural patina from decades of use with wear commensurate with age including scuffs, light dings, finish wear etc; which add to the character and authenticity of the piece.The height is adjustable from approx 41\" - 56\". Both the shade and base have a diameter is 6\".
