This is a vintage Kurt S. Adler fiber optic 32 inch Christmas tree with its original box. As seen in the photos the base for the tree lights up when plugged in and the fiber optics in the tree also light up and change colors when attached to the base. The tree is still in its original plastic bag and looks like it has not been taken out or used since the top is still taped closed (I placed it into the base to test it while still in the bag). This bag has some holes in the bottom, likely due to age and from the prongs on the tree base while being stored in it all these years. The original styrofoam container that holds the tree base, the detachable plug and an extra bulb are also in the box. Please note that the extra bulb was not tested, but the one in the base DOES work as seen in the photos. The small boxes that hold the plug and extra bulb have separated at a couple of edges from age, and the plug box has a tear in it from being lifted out of the styrofoam compartment (it is awkward to get it out and needs to be grabbed, thus likely how it tore). The original outer box has condition issues from age and from storage. There is some black marker writing on 2 sides of the box, there is old tape along the bottom of the box, likely for extra support due to the age of it. There is also old tape residue around the top edges of the box where there was extra tape to keep the box closed. A couple of rips and small punctures can also be seen around the box. Still a very nice tree to add to your Christmas decor. Feel free to ask questions and thanks for looking!
