Vintage Rococo style Extremely Ornate and Lightweight Faux Wood Picture Frame in an antiqued silver color. Measures roughly 16"x14" -the oval opening measures roughly 9" by 6.75". I imagine this piece being mounted over a piece of mirrored glass, or as a piece of wall décor with other empty decorative frames.This frame is made of a man-made composite material. It's very lightweight and pliable enough to accept a mounting wire (with small eyebolts) if you wished to add one. This frame is in wonderful condition - no nicks chips cracks or repairs. The edges have a little roughness along the backside - normal wear from age and use. No damage to the ornamentation. This piece was COVERED in years of dust and grime when I bought it. I cleaned it up a bit with plain warm water and a soft toothbrush. That said, I really don't know exactly how old it is...but it sure is beautiful!
