The item is sold as is, as found, and as you see it. The sale is for a vtg. large turtle figural boot scraper. The turtle has his head turned to the left and his shell is full of wire and brown bristles. The boot scraper part is a mimic of the shell. The turtle itself may be handpainted; not sure. May be made of plaster or some kind of composition; not sure. Good condition with age related issues. He will have scuffs on painted areas showing underpaint white color; maybe the plaster. Dirt in crevices, scuffs in other places, white scuffs on tail sides and feet, especially right side of body. Some scuffs can be on right side of head by eye. If you flip him over, bristles will fall out. Could be the material made from or age. I think most bristle type rugs fall out. Underside same idea as body. Has four rubber feet. See all pics for they are part of description. May have other issues not mentioned but mentioned most significant. Unmarked. Measures 15" X 9.25".
