Antique vintage souvenir round metal frame \"badge\" with illustration of City Hall on the front and remains of red/white/blue ribbon on the back.

I\'m not sure what the occasion was for this item. Also not sure what other pieces were once attached that are gone, for instance there is no pin on the back. Two days after this date on Sept. 12, 1896 they laid the corner stone at City Hall according to my research so perhaps there was an event or celebration associated with this, my guess. Measures 1.75\" diameter. Pre-owned being sold \"as is\" as was found.
