This is a nice brown leather WW1 US McClellan Saddle . The saddle is an original item from the period and is a great addition to any collection. It was used in the conflict of WW1 (1914-18) as well into WW2 , and is a great example of the personal field gear used by soldiers during that time. The saddle is in very good condition and is a rare find for any collector .Leather is solid and original. No leather treatment as far as I can tell .
