This is a great lot of photographs taken by John Taylor while serving during WW2. Majority seem to be from France.

Comes with original envelopes they were stored in.
This is a lot from a huge collection of memorabilia spanning the 1800s to 1960s, encompassing the Loeffelholz, Taylor, Sutterle and Grundmeyer families who established an amazing household called the Hummocks in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.This collection came from a thrift store in central Texas that accepts donations and also purchases in bulk from various estates and other bulk sales. They did not know anything more than is seen in the photos and documentation, and could not pinpoint where the items came from. I do not have any more information other than what you see and read.
