Beautiful and exceedingly rare 1915 dated U.S. Army / 1st Illinois Infantry (131st Infantry Regiment) National Guard Rifle Competition Medal. These were awarded to those in the Guard who competed in the National Match. The date bar was given when the recipient won a divisional or national competition for the given year. It\'s Guaranteed Authentic, and is belie. This is a very rare EIC badge and a pretty great piece of Illinois National Guard and Illinois State shooting history.
