Here is the Golden Eagle figurine from set 5 in the Whimsie-Land Series producedbetween 1984 and 1988.

Includes the custompresentation box. Box may have some storage wear,but all tabs andflaps are intact.

Thisfigurine is one of twenty-five from the Whimsie-Land Series includingset 1 from 1984 (Pet presentation boxes): Retriever, Puppy, Rabbit,Kitten and Pony; set 2 from 1984/5 (Wildlife presentation boxes):Lion, Tiger, Elephant, Panda and Giraffe; set 3 from 1985 (Farmyardpresentation boxes): Cockerel (aka Rooster), Duck, Cow, Pig and Goat;set 4 from 1986 (Hedgerow presentation boxes): Fox, Owl, Hedgehog,Badger and Squirrel; set 5 from 1987 (British Wildlife presentationboxes): Pheasent, Field Mouse, Golden Eagle, Otter and Partridge. These figurines are sculpted with more detail than some of the other Wade series.
