This is in Excellent Condition with No Chips No Cracks No Crazing NOTE: there are a few scratches you can notice when the light reflects off them. Very Nice Wedgwood Etruria England Porcelain Collector Dinner Plate. This is features a fisherman "In A Fix" on a river bank. His line has become tangled in a tree. It has a green border that reads " When The Wind Is In The West, Then The Fishes Bite The Best.

This measures 10" Wide rim to rim. I have provided a lot of pictures to best describe the condition of this Collector plate.
