This little Christmas village is pretty small in size. It appears there are a few extra pieces in the lot like a ceramic Christmas tree and a snowman also a Christmas tree ornament and a puppy that do not belong to the set. They will all be included 16 pieces total. I have the original box but it is not in the best of shape. The set is all in good use condition with no flaws except for the reindeer that is pulling the sleigh is missing an antler but it is in there if you want to glue it back together.

This item is in nice used condition, with One of the reindeer missing in antler. It\'s in the Box if you want to glue it back on.
The houses have lights that are included.
