Comic Book Disclaimer

I have examined this Comic Book to the extent possible and I have listed all flaws (if any) in the description above. My examination covers but isn't necessarily limited to:

— Spine, Front & Rear Cover

— Whether the shrinkwrap (If any is

— Whether there is any obvious tears,

Where I do find an issue, it will have been documented in the listing above and also by pictures, where possible.

Please note that brand new Comic Books sometimes have a Slipcover or Paper Slip which makes a full and thorough examination difficult if in Shrink Wrap.

In particular, it is impossible to ascertain the condition of the Comic Book under any Slipcover/Paper Cover if shrink wrapped as this is hidden.

If an imperfection of this kind is subsequently discovered, I can't be held responsible as this is not something I could reasonably expect to find or make known before the sale.

In fact, if I receive a brand new shrink wrapped item that appears damaged I will open it to ensure no damage then sell with the note that it is no longer shrink wrapped and the reason why.

All hard cover Comic Books are sent out protected with cardboard covering, and soft cover Comic Books are then packed with great care and further protection.

So if damage occurs during shipping that is not something I can be reasonably held responsible for.

Please make sure that your shipping address is the correct one. If the package is returned due to an improper address or another reason, the buyer will have to pay for reshipping or surrender the item and then be given a refund.

Returns & Refunds

Please contact me first before contacting , and I will try and work out any problem for you.

Refund given only after a Comic Book has been returned undamaged & unopened if Brand New in Shrink Wrap or having been graded and sealed in hard plastic, in the same condition it left in if Brand New with no Shrink Wrap, sealed in hard plastic or in Used Condition.

Return shipping paid by customer.

If a Comic Book is returned damaged marked upon or altered in any way will be notified, and customer will not be allowed to purchase anything again.

Once the Plastic Wrap has been removed from Brand New items or Sealed in Hard Plastic items have been removed from inside there will be no Return or Refund.
