1.original not reproduction,mid 1800s
2. I have not cleaned this, right out of NH estate
3. over all good condition,
4.wick holder unscrews
5. should hold oil, no visible holes
6. this would have been attached to a pole and carried high
7. no oil smell, possibly this was never used
8. advertising on the top, Merchants Coffee Co., Baltimore Md
approximate measurements
1.just body6x 4.25 across thebottom, spout 4 in.
2. total length bottom ofpost to top of spout 17 in.
