Attached to the pillow is a clean, but thin piece of fabric which has a painting which tells a story of a man and woman upset with each other, then they go an kiss on the bottom picture. The thin fabric with the painted scean has a couple tears on the edge, and losely attached, There is a spot on the pillwo below, not bad. The pillow measures approx 9x10". Some fringe is missing.. This item displays very well in a primitive country victorian collection.
