pre-WWI Era US ArmyM1902 Officer\'s Leather Belt Chape or Sword/Sabre Hanger - Original - NICE Condition

Up for sale is a pre-WWI EraUS Army M1902 Officer\'s Leather Belt Chape or Sword/Sabre Hanger. This chape was worn on the Officer\'s Uniform belt, you then attached the Sabre Hanger to the square brass loop on the chape. The sword or sabre was then attached to the hanger. The leather is soft and supple. There is some wrinkling and surface cracks around the brass loop area. This is an original period item. Please see photos for details and condition.
