Very nice condition - All 799 pages intact - nothing torn, loose or missing.

May be difficult to find a better copy.  One owner and very well cared for.

Usual expected wear on the covers.  Please review many photos below, which will speak louder than words.

Some foxing, appears to be mainly in the first half of the book.

Would categorize the inside as very clean.

Binding is very strong.
