This document, on one side, appears to be an agreement for referees to resolve a dispute. The other side seems to award a judgment in favor of Jacob Bump of Richmond NH.

From our research:

Jacob Bump was a member of the Massachusetts militia who enlisted at Uxbridge in Captain Maynard's Company, Colonel William William's Regiment. Jacob served in the French and Indian War for three critical months (1759-1760), witnessing the assault and capture of Quebec.

He was one of first settlers of Richmond NH.

There are conflicting opinions on whether or not he served in the revolutionary war and whether or not he was a prisoner for three years on the British Ship Partmore.
