This is a lot of 2 different Banner of the Constitution (New York) newspapers from 1830 [Vol. I] (March 3 (#22), March 6 (#23)). The newspapers are 8 pages each and there is mention of Congressional discussions and Andrew Jackson inside. These newspapers are subject to having wear and tear, loose pages/covers, flaking, stains, nicks, writing and/or foxing and are in generally poor-fair condition due to age.
