This 1865 portrait features Lieutenant General Ulysses S. Grant during the Civil War era. The print is a genuine original from the United States and depicts Grant in uniform. It\'s measurements are 8 1/2 x 5 1/4\" for the page and 4\" x 3 1/4\" for the image. This is a very detailed print made from a steel engraving. Unfortunately though no artist is given. There is some age discoloration some darker discoloration at some of the edges and one or two spots, otherwise there are no rips or tears and it comes with the original attached tissue cover. It is a great addition to any militaria collection, especially for those interested in the Civil War (1861-65) and its history.
