4 panel Program of the Paradise Cabaret Restaurant Broadway at 49th Street, New York City. George Hale\'s \"Paradise Spring Parade\" - Music by Jay Freeman and His Orchestra - Lots of Performers. Risque Cover page has some color to it (pink) with an elegant nude women on front - folds out to several nude or semi-nude women with the cabaret in the background. Very art deco design. Located at Broadway and 49th Street in the heart of New York City. This Cabaret - Restaurant hosted many famous floor shows back in the 1930\'s.
Of note is that the restaurant itself was designed and built by renowned architect Joseph Urban.He had a storied career, and is today better known as the architect of the historic landmark Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach. It was built for Marjorie Merriweather Post, General Foods heiress in 1924. Link for info on it:

The front cover reads: \"Program of the Paradise Cabaret Retaurant B\'Way at 49th St New York City.\" It is a two sheet pamphlet with four pages of text & images printed in 1937. It measures ~ 9 1/2 X 6 1/2 inches when closed.The program has a fine Art Deco design for cover with nude & semi nude women draped around lettering & cabaret scenes. The inside reads in part \"Program George Hale\'s Paradise Spring Parade. Music by Jay Freeman and His Orchestra . Opening -Too Marvelous for Words....Sung by Johnny Russell. Swing for Sale.... Sung by Jean Dillon.
Condition: In fair to good condition with minor stains, corner loss and penciled provenance as shown in our gallery.
