Highly graphic department store giveaway for \"good boys and girls\" visiting Santa at Lit Brothers Toyland (fourth floor). Color and b&w content is essentially a visual tour of a classic 1930s-1940s \"Toyland\" toy department.
Outstanding art throughout. Booklet is uncut and complete.
Condition is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Scattered small edge tears & chips (largest tear being approx. 3/8\"). Moderate surface creasing / corner rounding with no spine edge separation. We consider this a very nice example, considering the fragile nature of the inexpensive pulpy paper. A complete, uncut & uncolored example.
Overall, we feel this scarce booklet is a very displayable piece by most standards (see photos).
