This is a complete set of the U.S. commemorative postage stamps issued in 1931, with information insert. All stamps are guaranteedto befault-free (with original never hinged gum) and to be just as fresh as when they were purchased in a post office 93 years ago.
Please note that the stamps are not mounted to any surface. Because of the white borders of both the stamps and the insert, they have been scanned against a black background for a clearer view of both the stamps and the card. The original gum on the stamps has not been disturbed in any way. All stamps are shipped in protective glassine envelopes.This set would look especially nice framed and would make a great birth year gift!
