An original snapshot photograph of a school marching band dated 1943, looks like quite a few instruments & musicians- some African American band members and they all appear to be young men. I spent a bit of time trying to find this school online but didn\'t have any luck in finding out the exact name of the school or the location. \"Penna\" is in letters on the building on the right and handwriting along the bottom looks like it says \'Penna. Industrial\' so I\'m not sure if it was a school in Pennsylvania or where it was located. It\'s a smaller size snapshot photo so the band is a bit in the distance but it\'s still a nice composition.
Some condition issues including creases, soiling, handwriting, age & wear- please view listing photos carefully.
