Overall condition is good - this was manufactured folded along the horizontal but has 2 other light folds along the vertical. It has been stored only folded along the horizontal, so the vertical folds are pretty well flattened. Other minor blemishes are just some small light creases, a few ruffles and the smallest of tears.
This is approx. 11" x 14" and has 4 pages. It will ship to you folded along the horizontal.
