1950\'s school annual with great photographs and text showing the students and faculty, activities and sports, candids and graphics, pictures of school and surrounding, and local advertisement. And including graduating 9th grade artistic teenager and future seminal rock n roller guitar player, singer, and songwriter and recording artist Jimi Hendrix. This is a one year school for 9th graders only. Jimi Hendrix appears as James Hendrix in his graduation photo, possibly elsewhere, though pictures are otherwise uncaptioned. Very difficult to find softcover comb-binding issue from a small school. The Hendrix photo is in this annual is larger than his high school book photo and this yearbook is many times more scarce.

Jimi Hendrixwas an innovative rock guitarist, singer, and songwriter whose mainstream career lasted only four years, but he is widely regarded as one of the most influential guitarists in history and one of the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century. The Rock and Roll Hall of Famedescribes him as \"the greatest instrumentalist in the history of rock music\". He began playing guitar at age 15. at 17 he quit school and enlisted in the US Army and trained as a paratrooper, but he was discharged the following year. He moved toClarksville, Tennesseeand began playing gigs on theChitlin\' Circuit, earning a place inthe Isley Brothersbacking band and later with Little RIchard.
